Terms of Service

By accessing and using Task Kar's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Task Kar provides personal concierge services in Pakistan for overseas Pakistanis. This includes, but is not limited to, shopping, gift delivery, charity distribution, and general errand running. We act as your trusted representative on the ground, providing video verification for transparency.

Our services are subject to a service fee, which will be clearly communicated to you before any task is undertaken.

• All costs related to the task (e.g., cost of goods, delivery charges) must be covered by the client.
• Payment terms and methods will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of the service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if payment terms are not met.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the task.
• Ensure that the requested tasks are legal and do not violate any laws in Pakistan or your country of residence.
• Respond promptly to our communications to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Task Kar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Task Kar shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
